• RelocateMe is a tool that helps you find a suitable location to live based on your preferences for various factors such as safety, education, greenness, housing affordability and connectivity.
Using the tool:
• Select a location and surrounding distance for your search (the search area). Note: The search area is limited to locations in England.
• If you would prefer to be nearer to your selected location (e.g. closer to a city centre), you can use the "Prioritise closer neighbourhoods" option.
• Rank the importance of the different factors using the sliders, dragging the slider to the top makes places more emphasis on that factor when running the analysis.
• Once you are happy with your selections, click the "Run Analysis" button to view the results on the map.
Select the location (e.g. town, street, postcode) and the surrounding distance for your search:

This indicator is based on the Crime domain from the English Indices of Deprivation (2025).
Combining data from the NPCC and individual police forces, it measures a combined crime rate for burglary, violence, harrassment, theft, ASB, public order and possession of weapons.

it measures the proportion of the population of each LSOA exposed to noise pollution greater than or equal to 55dB Lden and is weighted to penalise night-time noise.
